Chewy
Location: Hamilton
Chewy is 12 years old, fixed and was last at the vet in April 2024.
Reason for Rehoming: Owner cannot afford needed dental care
Personality: Prefers a quiet home without other animals/young kids.
Medical: Requires dental
“Chewy is incredibly sweet and chill. He’s sure to make an imprint on your heart, he has so much love to give and all he wants in return is your love and a safe nourishing home environment. He’s not timid and will ask for pets all the time. He loves to cuddle and be close. He purrs a lot! He will follow his humans around the house just because he wants to be with you. He’s got a young spirit but is a seasoned boy ; Chewy is in his golden years and prefers to lounge most of the time, and he plays at a slower pace or in shorter spurts. He’s very calm. He loves to look out the window and sniff the air coming in. Chewy is an indoor cat, though he can be taken outside with his harness, leash, and collar. He loves to watch wildlife documentaries on TV, sleeping in the most blissful & quirky positions, and drinking water with fresh ice cubes. He loves to lay down snuggling on his humans, get chest rubs, and bask in the sunshine. His name is Chewy because he has always had a habit of chewing some things, and will even fake chew to get attention. Therefore, soft plastic must not be within reach. He will also eat elastics, strings, and threads if left within reach.”

Jazz
Location: Toronto
Jazz is 14 years old, fixed and was last at the vet in August 2024.
Reason for Rehoming: Owner has moved to Europe and family she was living with is also moving to another country.
Personality: Prefers a quiet home without other animals/young kids.
Medical: Diabetic
“Jazz aka jazzy jazz. She is a sweet older lady. She loves to bake in the sun and look at the world through a window. The world is fun to look at from the inside however it is way too scary to explore. She is a 100% an indoors lady. She absolutely adores her people. She will knead on your chest during nap time while you scratch her back. She can be shy when people come to visit but warms up quickly. She would prefer to be the only animal in the house. She would be fine with kids.”
